Fancy Footwork

The Force is strong with this one: the Star Wars legacy has lasted over four decades, with incarnations of the franchise from stop-motion series Robot Chicken to the formation of Jediism (no joke, it’s a faith based and dedicated to the practice and philosophies of a Jedi knight). This month ushers in the most coveted Star Wars item yet: adidas Originals x Star Wars sneakers.

Fear them not, as you won’t see any of the unfortunate character conceptions from the Phantom Menace donned on these soles. Favourites like Yoda, Luke Skywalker, Stormtroopers, and Darth Vader made the list that’s rounded off by the Millennium Falcon and the Death Star. Though beloved characters like C-3PO, R2-D2, Chewbacca, Han Solo, Obi-Wan, and Princess Leia are evidently missing from the series of 10.

So all you fanboys brace yourselves, as these sneaks will be flying off the shelves faster than it takes to groom a Wookiee.
